With over a decade of industry experience, I've worked with big brands like Ford, JetBlue, US Venture as well as a variety of start-ups. I have over 8 years of experience leading both in-house and client facing agency teams across national and global scales in both in-person and remote work environments.
I currently spend my days making waves with the crew at Headway, a digital product agency, where I help foster our design team culture, grow our talent and provide creative direction on a variety of client engagements dedicated to helping early stage founders validate their ideas and bring them to market.

Knowledge is Power
I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge to help other designers grow. Over the past few years, I've been involved in the production of educational content on Headway’s YouTube channel. One of the top viewed design videos is my talk on moodboards with 16K+ views.
I enjoy teaching and was a contributor on a Design Systems course called Shipwright, in which I helped write the curriculum and produced video content for the course, which is now available for purchase. I've also given talks about design at my alma mater, Quinnipiac University, where I earned my B.A. in Visual & Interactive Design.
In my spare time, I mentor designers who are new to the field, transitioning from another industry, or who are interested in entering a design leadership role over at ADP List.
